InApril 2013, Ammannunveiled its
newly designed articulated trench roller
at theBauma Trade Show inMunich,
Germany.Master Hire, a family ownedhire
business based in SouthEastQueensland,
was the first hire company inAustralia to
put thesenew trench rollers towork.

and tested thenewmachines at the
Ammann tradedisplay. Basedon their
positive feedbackand testing, anorder

ThenewAmmannRX1575 trench roller
has botharticulation andoscillationwhich
ensures permanent ground contact of
all four drums and the articulation joint
ismaintenance freewhichmeans lower
service costs during the lifeof themachine.

diesel engine (also fitted to
the small tandem roller range)
whichdrops to idlewhen
themachine is at a standstill.
There are two infra red
receivers on themachine to
ensureuninterrupted control
of theunit from the solar
powered remote control. Four
powerful hydraulicmotors
coupledwith two steering
cylinders guaranteeoptimal
performance even in tight
spaces. Themachinehas two
drumwidths available (640mm
or 850mm) and a centralised liftinghook
which is perfect for placing themachine
deep inside trenches.

Hydromat’s HotCube industrial pressure
cleaner hotwater range is now available
inmine spec configuration, aswell as
Hot water pressure cleaner range

Thenew PowerCube series also features
a fully self-containeddiesel or petrol
