Mitsubishi Laser and the
new range of cross-flow
laser cutters.
Mitsubishi’s cross-flow
low velocity design
leads to a decrease in
the energy required to
excite the laser gas, resulting in less gas
consumption and lower power usage.
Secondly, no turbine is required, and the
larger cavity size results in more gas being
available at any one time, therefore less
gas is required to be blown through the
system.
Additionally, power consumption during
standby is drastically reduced along with
reduction of electricity consumption
provided by just-on-time discharge. As a
result of this technology, an efficient 3L/h
Crommelins heavy duty steel frames are
built in-house to take knocks in the field,
the company said.
The heavy duty tubular steel frame can be
relied upon to protect your generator, drive
unit, pressure cleaner or pump against
misuse or accidental damage, Tony Keeling,
Crommelins Manufacturing Manager said.
“And because they are now manufactured
by Crommelins in Perth they are always
available as a replacement part,” Tony said.
Crommelins purchased the TRADE
MADE frame business and moved it into
a purpose built facility onsite in Welshpool
WA, along with the specialist equipment,
management and welding expertise to
complete the package.
“Having the welding and framing facility
onsite really gives us an advantage and
halves the lead time.
"We can customise frames to meet
a customer’s requirements and even
update products like the new Crommelins
Compactor Trolley (CWKTR), which now
has a longer handle, and new securing
system!”
