Graco XD40 and XD50 Series hose reels
are engineered tough to perform in
harsh environments and can be used in
applications requiring long range dispense,
transfer or evacuation of motor oils, diesel
fuels (less than 20% biofuel content),
lubricants, water, waste oil and air.
With a large selection of factory installed
hoses to fit differing applications, Graco
hose reels are available in a range of
colours, thread types and hoses as well as
bare reels providing customised options.

teeth instead of two avoids reel lockout
and a heavy-duty welded spool with ribs

Petro Industrial warns the hoses are not
for use with gasoline or other flammable
fluid and are not approved for use
in hazardous or explosive atmospheres.
Graco hoses are built with NPT, BSPP
or BSPT threads which means accessories
screw right on without the need
for adapters, the company said. This
means fewer leak points, all with global
approvals, enabling the hoses to be
installed anywhere in the world.

The new range of off-road commercial
vehicles from IVECO was on display
at the 2013 Asia Pacific International
Mining Exhibition (AIMEX) held at the
Sydney Showgrounds in August. IVECO
produces a range of light, medium and
heavy duty trucks and buses suited to a
range of local and off-road operations
which operate in tough environments
including muddy tracks, rough ground
and steep slopes. IVECO introduced the
Astra HD9 8x8 heavy-duty vehicle which
provides excellent visibility, featuring
expansive windows and rear-view
mirrors and is ergonomically designed to
incorporate innovations.
The Daily 4x4 is a purpose built off-
road, light commercial truck suited for
use as an off-road support, emergency
service or recreational vehicle.
The Eurocargo 4x4 is suited for a range
of applications and is available in either
a single or dual cab and can be used
for off-road maintenance or support
vehicles, crane trucks, emergency services
or elevated work platforms.
The Trakker 6x6 is a specialised truck
with a GVM of 33 tonnes, purpose built
for the toughest off-road jobs.

IVECO hits off-road
Melbourne based Paton’s Event Hire,
established in 2001, focuses on major
events and festivals with supply of
specialised utility vehicles, predominantly
Kawasaki Mules and Kubota RTV’s.
Paton’s Event Hire has a large range
of utility models for events from petrol
and diesel with two, four and six person
carrying ability, in small and large vehicles.

niche market with the various abilities of
