Traxx offers a range of grinding
machines, from the Combiflex 330 Edge
grinder to the fully radio controlled
Combiflex 1000RC; and also offers a range
of dust control equipment to match.
According to the company, customers
can save by adding a dust separator
to increase the service interval of dust
collector. Traxx also provides a range
of diamond tools including three
performance - 600, 800 and 1200 series.
All 800 series segments are a full 13mm
diamond height and designed to provide
premium performance and low cost
grinding. 1200 series segments are 18mm
diamond height, with a higher grade
of diamond and higher concentration,
designed to provide the lowest possible
cost per square metre.
Customers can select from single
or double segment plates. Double is
recommended when high powered

grinding conditions are encountered.
Traxx also offers appropriate mesh or
grit size for varied job conditions including
from M16# (10-20 grit), M40#, M60#,
M80# and M120#. The lower the number,
the coarser the mesh size and the greater
the stock removal will be. The higher the
number, the smoother the surface finish.
All Traxx Diamond Resin Pads for
concrete polishing are colour co-ordinated
for easy identification, and have 9mm of
diamond depth. These high performance
pads are great for wet or dry use and
come in mesh sizes from special HC (high
Concentration) 50#, and standard 50#
through to 600#. Soft, Medium and Hard
bonds are available.
Traxx has introduced a new range of
Transitional Ceramic Bond, velcro backed
polishing pads to speed up the transitional
concrete grinding stage between metal
bond and traditional resin bond pads. They
enable the deletion of two or three stages
in the traditional full polishing process,
and are available in 9mm HC diamond
