JUDGING COMMENTS:
Independent judge, Bernie Kiekebosch, a
veteran of the access industry said Rental
Company of the Year winner, Alfasi Hire's
operation was very slick in its overall
presentation of its yard, at the front
counter and its fleet.
"Alfasi Hire has very strong corporate
identification and a storng fleet
identification and the quality of the fleet
showed they spend a lot of time looking
after their equipment," Bernie said.
"Those were the first things we noticed
when entering their premises. And that
was repeated with our other winners
this year too. Strong corporate and fleet
branding is definitely a great asset to any
hire company but it is in really knowing
your customers and meeting their needs
where the winning companies excelled.
"Those businesses that showed they
continually monitor the performance of
their business and how they keep their
KPIs topmost of mind in the day-to-day
business management were also highly
assessed," Bernie said.
