HIRE16 in REVIEW
Peak visitor numbers through the
doors of HIRE16 generated industry
wide interest in new technology,
new products and new equipment
for the hire industry.
Held on the Gold Coast 5-6 May, 2016,
HIRE16 provided a forum for the $6.5bn
Australian industry to connect.
HIRE16 offered impact networking
opportunities at key social events as well
as via keynote speakers and industry
seminars.
With a total of 88 exhibitors over just
under 3000m2 of combined exhibition
floor space both indoor and outdoor,
more than 1200 dedicated hire industry
visitors enjoyed two days of inter-industry
relationship and network building.
Keynote speaker on day one, Australian
financial economics commentator,
Michael Pascoe highlighted indicators
showing Australia has lost sight of
the many business opportunities in
an economy like ours. He pointed out
Australia is a world economy champion
