The new Crown MPC 3000 Series
combines a high-lift, clear-view mast with
an outrigger-free counterbalance design
and an ergonomic ride-on platform to
create a multi-purpose lift truck capable
of performing tasks usually requiring
more than one piece of equipment.
It features the Crown AC traction motor
which is capable of travelling up to
12.5km/h and lifting 1200kgs to 4.3m. It
can lift full-capacity loads (at a 600mm
load centre) to the full height of the mast.
MPC 3000’s solid steel construction
is designed and tested to withstand
intensive use while its large, long-life load
wheels are easily accessible for quick
replacement.
The MPC 3000 automatically adjusts
cornering speed and acceleration
depending on steer wheel angle, fork
height and load weight, for stability.
Combined with responsive brakes and a
suspended, shock-absorbing floorboard,
MPC 3000 maximises operator safety,
The Wave 60 Series’ newAC drive motors
provide travel speeds of up to 8km/h and
increased manoeuvrability and improved
durability. Sensors ensure operators are
properly positioned during operation.
Travel and lift/lower functions cease if
either hand is removed from the controls.
Safety sensors below the platform disable
Wave’s raise, lower and travel functions
if the motor cover is obstructed. If
either foot is removed from the dual foot
pedals, travel and lift/lower functions are
automatically disabled.
Stamped steel side covers, steel front, rear
and side bumpers and three-spoke cast
steel wheels improve longevity.
Crown has refined the Wave’s operator
experience by improving the way
it integrates with InfoLink, Crown’s
wireless operator and forklift fleet
management solution.

improved operator interface which

comfort and confidence.
A lack of outriggers aids work in close
proximity to machinery, sandwich-
stacking four-way pallets and
manoeuvring in tight or congested areas.
MPC 3000’s nested I-beam mast
construction, plus clear-view fork carriage
and overhead guard, provides operators
with an almost unobstructed field of
vision both forwards and upwards for
swift, precise and safe usage. Optional
lift/lower buttons on the backrest offer
even better vantage points for positioning
loads both on and off the truck.

and audible alarms. The Wave’s operator
interface also caters for diversity, with 18
language settings for messages.
General Manager Marketing Craig
Kenchington said: “The original Wave
allowed operators to reach to heights of
up to 5m, could turn on its own radius, fit
through a standard doorway and travel
twice as fast as walking speed to do a
range of jobs safer, faster and easier.
“Crown’s dedication to continual
improvement means that Wave 60 can
perform all of these functions but with
greater ease thanks to its improved user
interface while the newAC drive motors
provide real-world performance and
durability improvements."
The Wave load tray supports up to 90kg,
while the load deck holds up to 115kg.
An optional, powered-load tray features
variable positions to easily height adjust
for load flexibility.
The Wave is available with function-
