          PPSA CROSS HIRE

          AGREEMENT

The HRIA has launched a Cross Hire

Agreement to help cover the problems

of sub hire in this industry relating to

the PPSA, and give some protection to

the owner of the equipment. Rehire or

sub hire is a key part of this industry

and needs to be legally covered. The

Cross Hire Agreement is designed to be

used when the plant being hired to a

fellow hire company is then being hired

out to the customer. It replaces the

          normal Hire or Master Agreement.

          is your Honda an imposter?

Engines with ground down or defaced serial numbers may not be a genuine Honda engine, are not covered

by Honda’s warranty, are not supported by Honda’s servicing dealer network and parts backup, and may be

counterfeit or stolen. To all customers before you buy, check the engine number to ensure it has not been defaced.

You wouldn’t buy a car without a Vehicle Identification Number, so why buy an engine without a serial number?
