Independent

and servicing
in the Sydney
and Melbourne
metropolitan
areas, Sani Hire
has introduced a
guarantee their
units will be
delivered within
24 hours of a
delivery date
request.
Sani Hire
said its success
has been
built upon the
understanding
of how important it is to get the toilet
units to the client’s workplace on time,
enabling them to get started on the job in
accordance with WorkSafe requirements.
“If our delivery is not achieved, the
delivery charge for the unit will be waived,
a saving of $66 to the client,” Jason Wilson,
Sani Hire’s Managing Director said.
“So far we haven’t had to pay up,
because we stand by our word,” Jason said.
“Our bank of units is growing as the
word spreads about our reliability and
consistency of service.
“We are proud we have systems in place
to ensure we can get the product to our
clients on time,” he said.
“Sani Hire is one of the oldest portable
toilet hire companies in Australia, formed
in Sydney in 1978 and expanding into
Melbourne not long after. The company
services both the domestic and commercial
building industries and also the growing

industry of events and functions.
“Sani Hire manufactures its own toilet
units north of Sydney, using 95% locally
produced materials. Once the units have
reached the end of their hireable life, 75%
of each unit can be recycled and reground
into new products,” Jason said.
“We’ve built our business on the best
service and stand by our 24 hour delivery
guarantee confidently. It really separates us
from our competition,” Jason said.
“We back everything up by using
environmentally safe non-formaldehyde
products, which are approved by all
relevant bodies.”
Sani Hire is complemented by its own
servicing division, Sani Servicing, equipped
with a large fleet of vacuum tankers to
keep the units to the highest possible
standards.

Baytex has had a busy and productive
start to the New Year and is encouraged
by the early results.
“From all accounts, hire industry
confidence seems high, on the back of
fast growth within the events market,
which bodes well for a successful 2012,”
Baytex Director Spencer Tankard said.
“A recent road trip through South
Australia for Baytex’s Australian & New
Zealand Sales representatives, Mick
Brown and Jim Lawrence, indicated
interest in our products, especially the
new Clipframe TS (Tension System)
Marquee,” Spencer said.
“Meanwhile, Australian and New
Zealand Sales Managers, Ian Diggleman
and Trevor Vile travelled through
Victoria visiting existing and new clients,
showcasing the Baytex product range,
customer support and service.”
Spencer, representing Baytex USA,
exhibited Baytex Tent Liner Systems at the
2012 ARA Rental Show in February.
“The show was a great success with lots
of interest, some good orders and definite
signs buyers were at the show to spend.
We are optimistic about growth over the
next 12 months. US Party Rental stores are
at last getting back to more favourable
trading conditions,” Spencer said.
“Baytex is also continuing its strong
relationship with and support of, Emirates
Team New Zealand after being contracted
to manufacture the AC72 Base in San
Francisco for the Louis Vuitton Cup.
“Design Manager Andrew Lingman
and his design team are relishing the
challenge of complying with the new
American ASC 7-10 Engineering Code.”
