of three global industrial
businesses, Milton Roy, Sundyne
and Sullair have been acquired
by private equity firm, BC
Partners and asset manager The
Carlyle Group in a transaction
valued at $3.46 billion.
With the sale, the newly
independent company is
now Neodyne Industries,
a manufacturer of highly
engineered, mission-critical
pumps and compressors for the
Sullair purchase rebrands as Neodyne
global industrial, infrastructure
and energy markets.

PORTABLE TOILETS CODE
The HRIA has carried out a Portable
Toilet Survey and published the results
online. The association plans to develop
a National Code of Practice with the
purpose of maintaining hygienic toilets.
Agreement was reached late last year
to establish a national committee with
a representative from each state to
establish the appropriate Draft National
Code of Practice.
