Total Sanitation Solutions has released
the ‘Total-San’ 16 pan semi-portable toilet
block which has eight cubicles either side of
a 6m x 2.32m building, each outfitted with
a low-volume water Thetford Bravura pedal
flush toilet pan.
Installed in each cubicle is a vandal
resistant, stainless steel, corner mounted,
hand wash basin with a water saving, time
controlled, toggle operated tap.
The cubicle walls are constructed of a
lightweight yet durable 50mm insulated
panel ensuring maximum strength offset
against minimal weight and ease of
cleaning.
Scott Bielenberg, Technical Director
of Total Sanitation Solutions, said the
seemingly simple design of the unit is a lot
more complicated than first impressions.
Prior to setting up Total Sanitation
Solutions, Scott owned and operated a
Queensland based hire company providing
portable sanitation equipment to the event
industry.
“
It was my hands-on experiences that
allowed me to design and build a unit that
not only served the public well, but was

cleaning point
of view,” Scott
said.

The 4000 litre
waste holding
tank is specially
designed for
easy, quick and
total pump out
and the unit can
be connected
direct to sewer
outlets where
available.
“
The units
come standard with interior lighting,
inlet water filtering units, fold-away step
up platforms and exterior door locks for
added security when the units are not in
use. Liquid soap dispensers and a variety of
toilet roll or toilet tissue dispensers are an
optional extra.
“
Other configurations and internal
designs are possible allowing for example,
a combination men’s urinal and a lesser
quantity of individual cubicles, larger more
‘
up-market’ cubicles with superior decor
and in fact, the unit ‘shell’ can be outfitted
to most requirements,” Scott said.

moved or transferred from
one vehicle to another via its
integrated handles or forklift
base, all the while maintain-
ing a consistent tempera-
ture.
The use of a digital com-
pressor allows for efficient
consumption of electrical
power, while an integrated
battery monitor
protects
the vehicle against battery
failure.
Users can also easily view
the current temperature of
the ColdCube via the visible
user interface, without hav-
ing to open the container.
The digital readout allows
operators to maintain pre-
cise temperature control.
Aside from its thermal ca-
pabilities, the ColdCube has
also been constructed for
optimum durability and is
lightweight.
