Renewable energy is in the spotlight at Morris Site Machinery as it showcases its next generation SMC TL90 Evolve lighting tower and the SMC TL60 Solar Trolley light.
The SMC TL60 Solar Trolley is totally solar powered, energy efficient and easily deployable, producing zero noise and zero emissions. It is compact, can fit on a standard 500kg tail lift and its 230kg weight allows excellent manoeuvrability, International Business Director Phil Winnington said.
“A dusk ‘til dawn sensor provides light when needed, saving battery power and removing the necessity for manual switching on and off. The unit is available with different LED floodlight arrangements including dimmable lights, auto-timer and PIR control,” Phil said.
“The SMC TL90 Evolve offers all the functionality of the acclaimed SMC TL90 but with a new ergonomic design, more compact appearance and three lamp head options. It can be fitted with the standard four LED head, the ground-breaking Halo lamp head or a six LED head.
“The standard four head TL90 Evolve has a run time of 185 hours, while the six head Evolve+ is SMC’s brightest ever lighting tower. The new design allows easier access for servicing and a shorter body for ease of transport. Mounted on an approved fast tow road trailer complete with road lights, it is just 960kg fully fuelled. The tower is also super silent at just 60dB(A) from 7m,” Phil said.
Morris Site Machinery will debut the latest additions to its renowned SMC lighting tower range at HIRE19 in Melbourne at its Australian partner stand, Access Service Australia.
“We’re excited about returning to HIRE19 with Access Service Australia, after the success of our first joint display last year. Our quality products are reliable, sturdy and built to perform in Australia’s different market sectors.
“It continues to be a growing market for us and one we understand and can respond to after many years of developing strong links here,” Phil said.
