KAESER Compressors honours two huge employee milestones.

This year, two KAESER Compressors Australia employees were honoured for their 30 years of service: Mark Dudman, National Sales Manager, and Craig Firth, Service Support Coordinator.

KAESER Australia Managing Director Peter Eckberg thanked Mark and Craig for their efforts, saying, “we are grateful for your dedication and long-standing loyalty to the company as well as the industry. “It is unusual these days for people to remain with one employer for such a long period of time. Over 70% of the Australian workforce has been in their current position for 10 years or less. So in this environment, for a person to reach 20, and then 30, years of service is absolutely outstanding.”

Mark Dudman began working as a Sales Engineer for KAESER Australia in 1993. Mark rose through the ranks at the Sydney branch office, first as Branch Manager and then as National Sales Manager.

Mark is well-known and respected in compressed air circles due to his decades of experience. When asked about his experience in the sector, Mark replies that the key to managing the ever-changing market is to focus on the consumers and ensure that the solution answers the problem.

Craig Firth began working for KAESER in the same year as a storeperson at the Australian headquarters in Dandenong South. Craig has learned every area of the service and technical side of the business as he progressed through numerous jobs in Service Support.

Craig, who is always cheerful, is an essential element of the Dandenong location, and his product expertise is important. When asked about his future career plans, Craig replied “Where do I see myself in 10 years? Well I have been here for 30 years, so I’ll give you one guess!”.
