HRIA Hire Agreement template updated
HRIA members range from large organisations through to small family operated businesses across the country. Each member has their own individual way of doing business, however all hire companies need contracts and agreements for the hire of equipment. One of the most valued benefits for new members of the HRIA are the MASTER contracts and templates which have been designed by the HRIA’s team of lawyers for the guidance of all members, so they can be wholly or partly adapted.
The HRIA and partners regularly review these contracts as the legal landscape continues to evolve. The most recent version of the Master Agreement is now available to members in the HRIA Member Portal. Updates in the latest versions include:
- General review and updates
- Additional content and clauses added to support Events Businesses and their specific requirements
- Exposure to hazardous materials has been addressed
