Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd (HCA) has unveiled two new ZAXIS-7 compact excavators designed to enhance productivity in contemporary urban construction sites.
HCA’s excavators are renowned for their exceptional durability. The ZAXIS-7 series introduces improvements to crucial components, including the arm and boom.
The ZX75US-7 boasts an ultra-short tail swing radius for easy access to tight spaces while the ZX85USB-7’s swing boom can efficiently excavate near walls and guard rails.
Powered by Yanmar diesel engines which meet EPA final Tier 4/ EU Stage V emissions standards, there’s a versatile power/economy work mode that adapts the machine’s performance to whatever task is at hand. The excavators also have a wide range of attachments to increase job-site versatility. An attachment replacement support system also streamlines the process of switching between different work tools. This allows attachment flow settings to be adjusted directly from the low-reflective collar 8-inch LCD monitor and enables operators to designate and save up to 12 unique settings.
The ZAXIS-7 series is engineered to maximise operator productivity and comfort with significantly enlarged cab space and panoramic visibility to create a safe and comfortable working environment.
