Based on the T-Series straight booms platform, Dingli has launched it’s T-Series range of articulated booms with 36, 41 and 44 meter working heights, offering a load capacity of 272kg.
The series continues the family of modular-designed booms, with 85% parts in common across the entire platform of diesel, electric and hybrid models, effectively reducing secondary cost investment for customers.
The T-series articulated booms adopt the patented, innovative one-click in-situ axle expansion, As seen on the T-series straight boom’s chassis, the axle retraction and expansion can be freely operated in narrow spaces, without the need to place the machine in drive, reducing tire wear.
The upper jib features 230° amplitude and can be hooked back during transportation. It is the only articulated boom series in its class, in the world that can be transported in standard containers.
The series follows the Cat 3 safety architecture of T series straight booms, with full redundancy of software and hardware, physical redundancy of the communication bus, dual channels and dual insurance. Dingli claims these features make their booms offer the highest security in their class anywhere in the world.
The T-series combines flexibility and power, with a maximum gradeability of up to 45%; its chassis has four steering modes (front & rear wheel steering, crab steering, and U-turn). Different modes can be seamlessly switched to suit varied working sites, ensuring driving flexibility.
The T high-boom series has outstanding reach and span. When fully extended, the maximum up and over clearance is 18.8 meters and the maximum below ground reach is 9.65m, making them suitable for complex high-altitude working conditions.
