The best hire companies and suppliers to the industry, as well as outstanding individuals from the sector, have been recognised at the HRIA’s night of nights: the 2024 Hire Industry Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner.
With the Brisbane Convention Centre ballroom at capacity, the mood was one of joy and celebration after three days of inspiring guest speakers, insightful industry panels and an exhibition showcase of the best new products and equipment in the country.

Mel Purcell of CEA received the Woman in Hire Award while the Young Professional of the Year was Tyler Carroll from Shore Hire.
Finally, a special Lifetime Membership was awarded to Tony Crane for his outstanding contributions and services to the industry.
