Finalising the presentation of this year’s Hire Industry Excellence Awards, the HRIA executive presented the HRIA President’s Award to: Phil Newby – former HRIA CEO and Jenny Lohri – former HRIA Executive Director, in August. The HRIA President’s Award is made infrequently, highlighting the significance of the recipient’s contribution to the industry. This year’s presentation acknowledges the value of the enormous contribution both Phil Newby and Jenny Lohri made to the Young hire professionals in Victoria and beyond can further develop connections and friendships in the hire industry at an HRIA hosted Young Professionals Network event in Victoria on Wednesday, 28 November at 6:30pm. Featuring a panel discussion of experienced industry members and guest speakers, the network evening will assist members of the Young Professional Recognising industry contribution – HRIA President’s Award presented development and growth of the Australian hire industry Association during pivotal moments in the Association’s history. “This award emphasises and recognises the great personal contribution of two people who really made a positive difference and were there to assist many companies and their staff as the hire industry in Australia evolved and the HRIA was enormously pleased this year to present the HRIA President’s Award to two very deserving recipients.
