The ACTIV’Screen video provides hirers and technicians an in-depth guide on how to use the on-board system and how diagnostic features can assist operators and technicians in the field. Haulotte ACTIV’Screen is the intelligent interface for on-board diagnostics which optimises productivity of Haulotte EWPs by providing critical information to users, to reduce service calls and field interventions. “This optimisation of time and information in the field ensures ACTIV’Screen also produces savings in time and money by providing direct access to the machine's parameters and diagnostics without requiring an additional tool,” Haulotte Australia’s General Manager Keith Clarke said. “ACTIV’Screen showcases a host of technological features, including operator access to key information on machine use like battery level and alarms, access to troubleshooting features and modification of machine settings, all designed in a highly robust manner to work in the harshest environments and offering a long lifetime,” Keith said.  “Operators have real-time access to critical information on the machine’s performance and condition including: • standard indicators: fuel gauge, warning lights; • alarms: tilt angle, overload, etc, guiding the operator when the machine is being operated; • potential technical incidents: it helps prevent the need for on-site interventions by making it possible to resolve issues independently or through remote assistance solutions. “Via ACTIV’Screen, the operator has access to the machine parameters like speed, ramps, calibration, but also details and the complete process for resolving technical incidents including information on the probable cause, components to be verified, diagnostic instructions and location of the components,” Keith said. Ensuring machine integrity, machine access can be locked by the owner with a four digit password.
