HCA) has released the Hitachi compaction
equipment range, which includes the ZV-P
series Hitachi vibratory plate compactors
and the ZV-R series Hitachi rammers.
The Hitachi ZV-P series vibratory plate
compactors (ZV40PF/ZV60PF/ZV80P) utilise
safety cushions, reinforced bottom plate
and triple vibration-resistant design to
deliver high compaction, durability and
easy operation. Boasting a low-amplitude
and high-frequency, these compactors
are an effective tool in the compaction
of cohesive, granular and mixed soils the
company said.
The plate compactors incorporate a
triple vibration-proof design and the
rammers have a low-vibration handle.
Both these features contribute to reduced
operator hand fatigue by reducing
vibrations without compromising

Hitachi ZV-R series rammers (ZV65R/ZV75R)
provide operators with powerful compaction force
performance, generating greater
productivity.
The Hitachi ZV-R series rammers (ZV65R/
ZV75R) provide operators with powerful
compaction force. A combination of
double reinforced base plates and a safety
cushion mitigates damage to the machine,
particularly in distribution hazards such
as drops. Operators will also benefit from
improved stability, as well as efficient
manoeuvrability in confined spaces due to
the compact machine design.
Propelling power of the ramming shoes
is increased for better controllability on
uneven ground.
Convenient operation has been achieved
through a user-friendly throttle lever and
an engine stop switch positioned close to
the operator’s hand.

Kerrick Industrial Equipment has released the HH4021 petrol
driven cold water pressure cleaner.
The HH4021 features a galvanised roll-over frame with
provision for a high pressure hose reel.
The unit produces 4000PSI @21 litres per minute which will
give users the power to tackle the toughest cleaning jobs. It is
powered by a 20HP Honda V twin GX industrial petrol engine
driving a Hawk HC930A piston pump with a 2:1 reduction
gearbox.
Camden Hire at Casula NSW recently purchased two
HH4021’s complete with turbo lances and extra high pressure
hose. Camden Hire’s branch manager Louie Dell’Aquila said
both units have proved popular with their customers
