JLG has introduced three compact
telehandlers, the 2505H with 2,400kg
capacity and lift height of 5.6m, the 2906H
with 2,900kg capacity and lift height of
5.8
m and the 3507H with 3,350kg capacity
and lift height of 6.9m.
Able to manoeuvre around crowded job
sites, these new compact telehandlers offer
a tight turning radius, compact footprint
and low machine height, and can offer
access where other machines can’t, such
as car parks, low access buildings, the
company said. With a Deutz Tier 4 engine
and catalytic convertor the 2505H can also
work indoors.
Manoeuvrability is achieved through its
compact dimensions and three steering
modes: front wheel steer for normal roads;
all-wheel steer to reduce the turning
radius in confined areas; and crab steer for
sideways movement.
The choice of JLG attachments extends
flexibility, with attachments for all models
including pallet fork and carriages, side-
shift carriage, and a manure bucket, while
the 3507H and 2906H also have digging
buckets, 4 in 1 buckets, rotator with forks,
JLG’s new compact line-up
and tube and spike type
bale handlers.
All JLG compact
telehandlers incorporate
time-saving features to
reduce operator strain
and improve ease of
use and safety, such as
smooth control with
proportional hydra-static
four-wheel drive and
proportional control of
lift, telescopic and fork
tilt. Operator comfort
is also enhanced with
inbuilt air-conditioning
and easy entry and exit.
All new JLG compact
telehandlers can be
connected to the
JLG Analyser so key
performance parameters
such as boom lift speed
and boom extension
rates can be programmed to suit specific
work sites or roles. It also enables
technicians to analyse key functions and
reduce trouble shooting time.
