Taking delivery of world’s largest self-propelled articulating boom lift

Quick Access Rental and Training is the first company in Australia to take delivery of the new JLG 1500AJP boom lift – the biggest self-propelled articulating boom lift in the country.

Quick Access Managing Director, Craig Barr is even advertising a special phone number to alert his customers and make it easier to hire the new 1500AJP boom lift: 1800 MASSIVE.

Big is best according to Craig and after having worked in the rental industry since 1987, Craig saw the opportunity to start his own business in 2009, and has not looked back.

He prides himself on providing quality equipment with the high levels of more personalised customer service you’d expect from a family-owned business.

“We started with around half a dozen machines and now we have a wide range of equipment for hire covering boom lifts, duct lifters, scissor lifts, telehandlers, vertical lifts and vacuum excavators,” he said.

“Quick Access is focused on having a broad range of quality equipment for short and long term rental so we carry a lot of JLG machines; the 1500AJP is just the latest addition to a long list.”

According to Craig, it’s also important to be able to offer customers the latest innovations and product technology.

“Having a machine such as the 1500AJP allows us to provide our customer base and prospective customers something the other rental companies don’t have,” he said.

“Aside from the benefits of a 150 foot platform height and associated productivity gains, in a competitive market the 1500AJP provides a point of difference.”

Craig said his JLG access equipment was well liked by his customers and the company supported its products very well.
