HRIA, EWPA and TSHA welcome new Operations Manager

The HRIA, EWPA and TSHA are delighted to welcome Laura Connarty-Duncan as the new Operations Manager across all three associations.
Laura joins the National Office at an exciting time, early into the new 5-year strategy, which is set to grow the profile of all three association among customer groups as well as seeing new investment into the Associations’ plans to build out new training capabilities.
“I am delighted to be joining EWPA, TSHA & HRIA as the new Operations Manager, said Laura. “The team and members who I recently got to meet at the NSW State Meeting last week, have all been very welcoming. I am looking forward to using my skills and experience in operations and business management in the NFP sector to support the team, members, trainers, learners, boards, committees and partners across the various initiatives and activities. Most of all I am look forward to learning a lot from all the stakeholders and working in partnership towards a booming future.”
As former Operation Manager of an established NDIS provider in Sydney, and as General Manager of various not-for-profit organisations spanning the last 20 years, Laura brings a wealth of understanding from the NFP, and charity sectors.
