Award Winners Shine at HIRE24 Gala
The best hire companies and suppliers to the industry, as well as outstanding individuals from the sector, have been recognised at the HRIA’s night of nights: the 2024 Hire Industry Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner.
With the Brisbane Convention Centre ballroom at capacity, the mood was one of joy and celebration after three days of inspiring guest speakers, insightful industry panels and an exhibition showcase of the best new products and equipment in the country.
2024’s Hire Company of the Year winners:
- Hire Company of the Year: Camden Hire
- Hire Company of the Year (under $10 million): Hiredepot
- Hire Company of the Year-Events: Festival Hire
- Hire Company of the Year-People and Culture: Shore Hire
In the Supplier categories:
- Best New Product-General: Crommelins Machinery
- Best New Product-Access: Haulotte Australia
- Best New Product-Service Provider/Software: JLG
- Supplier of the Year-General: Vermeer
- Supplier of the Year-Access: Haulotte Australia
- Supplier of the Year-Events: HTS TENTIQ
- Supplier of the Year-Software/Services: Latner
Mel Purcell of CEA received the Woman in Hire Award while the Young Professional of the Year was Tyler Carroll from Shore Hire.
Finally, a special Lifetime Membership was awarded to Tony Crane for his outstanding contributions and services to the industry.
