With over 110 stories already told, in episode 115 we hear from 2022 Young Professional of the Year Michael Larsen from Larsen’s Air Conditioning Hire who shares his story including the exciting news that he will be the next participant in the HRIA / ARA Exchange Program in early 2023.
After a couple of years on hold the HRIA / ARA Exchange program is back. This exchange program has been established to enhance the skills of high performing and high potential hire industry employees. The aim of the exchange is to bridge cultures, build global relationships and create new leadership opportunities within the entire hire industry.
